If I did not know better, I would probably buy a pair of these headphones in every available color. The Beats Solo HD On-Ear Headphones come in a large variety of colors and have a very cool design. The sound quality is definitely the most important aspect at a headset, but I could not take my eyes off these beauties. You can choose from black, green, pink, purple, red, white, dark blue and light blue. In terms of quality they are all the same, but in terms of fashion things change drastically.
I think that most of us checked out these headphones because of Dr. Dre’s direct involvement in their design, structure and quality. I am definitely one of his fans, but you will find this headset perfect only if you listen to music with a lot of bass. You do not even have to know who Dr. Dre is as long as you give Solo HD a try. Even if the bass nuances are perfectly played, I really liked the way the voices are in balance with the instruments. The sound is very clear.
Since I do not leave my house without my brand new Beats headphones, I am really excited about the built-in microphone. I can take calls and even change the songs from the remote control placed on the audio cable. There is nothing more I could possibly want.
This headset is not uncomfortable in any way. I like the way I can adjust them and they stay adjusted unless I fold them. They seem durable too, but I plan on using them everyday without expecting them to last forever.

Here are some of the pros and cons of the Beats Solo HD On-Ear Headphone
Great style – These on-ear headphones look incredibly good. They fit my style and I am sure many of you consider them fashion accessories too. The color variety, the shiny finish and the overall design make them one of the most desirable headsets.
Very resistant – Beats has used a metal strip for the manufacture of Solo HD. This type of metal is flexible enough to be adjusted, but too resistant to break. The cushions seem high-quality too.
Deep and clear bass – You will hear your music in high definition from now on. These headphones are advantageous for people who listen hip-hop, drum and base and all related genres.
Easy to control – The package also contains a microphone cable with a remote. Basically, by using the remote you can answer your phone, change the volume or choose between your tracks.
Cans fit too tight on the ears – The ear cups are designed to cover your ear perfectly and to reduce the background noise. However, they might not be a perfect fit for everyone.
Headband slides of the head – The shiny finish applied on these headphones might cause the headband to slide of your head if they are not perfectly adjusted on your head’s shape. Not ideal for jogging.
The Beats Solo HD On-Ear Headphones are great for my needs. I am always looking for some sort of style in anything I buy and I am not only interested in the functionality part. I think this headset offers a balanced combination between the two aspects. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for the same thing and who has a passion for bass-enhanced music.
